The Roberts Bank Terminal 2 Project is a future marine container terminal in Delta, B.C. that will deliver critical capacity and supply chain resilience. Our experience in planning and delivering high-quality, sustainable infrastructure runs deep. For over a decade, we have led and supported many forward-looking projects in the Vancouver gateway to help meet the demand of growing trade through the Port of Vancouver. Our comprehensive environmental study program that began in 2011 focused on key species such as salmon, coastal birds, southern resident killer whales, Dungeness crab, and important topics such as air quality and human health, amongst other areas. Construction of the project is expected to provide 18,050 person-years of direct, indirect and induced employment, worth approximately $1.6 billion in labour income. Once operational, the project would support more than 17,300 direct, indirect and induced person-years of on- and off-dock employment each year, worth approximately $1.7 billion in labour income annually.
