Adopta Un Abuelo is a platform that aims to bridge the generation gap by connecting volunteers with elderly individuals who are in need of companionship. Through our app, volunteers can engage with seniors who may be living alone and devoid of visitors. In Spain, a significant number of older people are living in solitude without any form of interaction, which is why it is crucial to act now. By participating in our volunteering opportunities, volunteers can make a positive impact by participating in activities, fulfilling dreams, and making donations. The impact of our work has been significant, with over 6,200 volunteers, 12,500 activities, and 48,800 donations. There are two forms of volunteering available - online or in person, providing flexibility in terms of location and time commitment.
